Depending on the lab, the samples maybe blood, saliva, urine and/or stool. Many tests are completed by the client through easy test kits that are self-administered in the comfort,privacy, convenience of your own home. Bloodwork may be done through blood spot testing, select blood draw centers and/or mobile phlebotomists.

The exact labs vary with your situation but typical include following (can be done at the pace you desire):
1) Comprehensive blood chemistry – screening for several types of anemia, infections, insulin resistance, thyroid panel, adrenal and hormonal issues, some vitamins and minerals

3) Advanced stool tests – parasites, fungal overgrowth, dysbiosis, deficiency of beneficial bacteria, intestinal inflammation, problems metabolizing carbohydrates and/or fats, infections

4) Urine Organic Acid screens – small intestinal bacterial overgrowth SIBO, fungal overgrowth, methylation issues, detox capacity, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter metabolism, problems metabolizing carbohydrates and/or fats, vitamin and mineral status

5) urine hormone lab – adrenal and sex hormone status

Advanced may later be ordered if history suggests it and you are not improving enough with the testing above

* 2) Specialty blood tests – autoimmune, gluten, dairy and other food sensitivities, advanced lipid cholesterol panels
