Privacy Policy

Health Beyond Wellness respects the right to privacy. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information provided to Health Beyond Wellness will be held carefully, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Health Beyond Wellness does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or e-mail lists.

Health Beyond Wellness analyzes website logs to improve the quality of the website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Health Beyond Wellness maintains e-mail lists to keep customers informed of the latest updates in health news, products, and research. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

Communication

Email and text is now used by many as a major form of communication. Health Beyond Wellness understands that email can be a reasonable way to ask quick questions, get clarification on something from a recent visit and/or update how you are doing. Texting is not the most efficient or appropriate way to discuss health needs.

Experience shows email isn’t always the best way to deal with more complex issues that cannot be answered with a yes or no or in less than three sentences. These include treatment-oriented questions, questions regarding certain medical issues, any changes in your symptoms or more complicated requests.

We ask that rather than attempting to discuss every detail in an email, you schedule an appointment with so that we will have adequate time and undivided attention to address your concerns and needs. If you have sent an email and have not heard from us after 48 hours, please follow-up with a phone call to our office.

SHIPPING POLICY: After a consultation you will receive an invoice detailing recommended labs and supplements if needed. You must notify Beyond Wellness within 24 hours of receiving the invoice of any changes you would like. If we do not receive a notice from you, you will be charged the full amount of the invoice.  If any changes are made after the shipment, the patient will be responsible for shipping fees on items sent back to the office. Any authorized return will be issued as a credit only. No refunds are available.

Refrigerated supplements ship ONLY Monday-Wednesday unless you make special arrangements and additional surcharge for faster shipping. NOTE – Health Beyond Wellness is not responsible for delays in any shipping and is HIGHLY recommended perishable items only be shipped Monday-Wednesday.

RETURN POLICY:

  • PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED on ALL RETURNS. Contact the office by email: office@healthbeyondwellness.com for authorization. Store credit for supplements will be given if the return is authorized.
  • Refrigerated items CANNOT be returned.
  • No supplement returns will be accepted after 30 days on all regularly stocked items.
  • Special orders CANNOT be returned.
  • Prepaid tests can be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase.
  • 15% restock fee of purchase price less shipping and handling may be refunded on unopened  and non-refrigerated items.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit, and HSA cards. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
  • All orders must be pre-paid.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax is subject to US State law

Shipping & Handling

Within the mainland U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. If you require your order quickly, please select UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day shipping when you check out.

  • Extra charges apply for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call, fax or e-mail if you have questions.
  • International orders are shipped by US Mail International Priority. Please contact the office for any international shipment requests. If you require expedited shipping, please call, fax or e-mail for UPS Expedited Worldwide shipping charges.
